Our aim is to continue to raise awareness and promotion of our Family Hubs and Team Around the School (TAS) model to parents and carers across the district.
Please find attached an updated ‘access to early help’ support pack.
We have recently updated some of the resources within the pack, including:
- A new Wakefield Families Together Family Hub and TAS Bulletin
- New parent and carer online support videos – and our new online courses page
- New social media messages and graphics
